Regulations for the Provision of Electronic Services and Privacy Policy

  1. EDS Retail Park Investment Sp. z o.o. Sp.k.with its registered office in Gdańsk, at ul. Jaśkowa Dolina 132, 80-286 Gdańsk, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Gdańsk – Północ in Gdańsk, 7th Division of the National Court Register under number 0000726240, Tax ID No. (NIP) 9571113162, with share capital of PLN 5,000 (hereinafter the Company), hereby introduces this regulations for the provision of electronic services (hereinafter the Regulations) for the needs of services provided via the website at: biuro@edspark.pl and its pages (hereinafter referred to as the Website).
  2. The website provides services consisting in free access to information about the subject of the Company's business, including contacting with the appropriate organisational unit of the Company, answering inquiries sent.
  3. The condition for using the Website is having a proper device with access to the Internet and a web browser that allows displaying html documents related to the Internet network via a network service with enabled Java Script execution and saving of Cookies.
  4. It is prohibited for the service recipient to provide illegal information.
  5. The condition for the provision of services is to read and accept these Regulations and provide the data necessary to provide the service.
  6. The agreement is concluded by confirming the receipt of the service request. The service recipient may cancel the service at any time by submitting a statement to the e-mail address provided.
  7. If there are problems or irregularities in connection with using the website, the service recipient may submit a complaint by sending it to the following address: biuro@edspark.pl. In the complaint, the service recipient should include his/her name and surname, e-mail address (or other correspondence address), the subject of the complaint and the reason for the complaint. Complaints should be submitted in Polish. The complaint will be considered immediately, however not later than within 30 days of its receipt. The person submitting the complaint will be informed about the method and result of the complaint consideration to the correspondence address or to the e-mail address.

 

Information from the Personal Data Controller

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter the Regulation or GDPR), we kindly inform you that if, as a result of using this website, personal data are processed within the meaning of the Regulation:

  3. Objectives and legal basis for the processing of personal data:
    1. providing information about the Company's business, presenting the offer, information materials – Article 6 sec. 1(b) of the GDPR in the form of taking actions necessary before concluding the agreement;
    2. direct marketing – Article 6 sec. 1(f) of the GDPR in the form of a legitimate interest pursued by the Company, namely direct marketing of its business.
  4. Recipients of personal data may be entities of the capital group to which the Company belongs, entities providing IT, accounting, marketing as well as administrative and office services for the Company. Data is not being transmitted to third countries.
  5. Personal data shall be stored for a period necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, not longer than the period of limitation of claims, in accordance with generally applicable law.
  6. You have the right to access personal data, rectify it, delete it or limit its processing and the right to object to further data processing. This does not affect the lawfulness of data processing that was previously performed.
  7. You have the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory body – the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.
  8. Consent to the processing of data – if it has been granted – is voluntary, but its absence will result in the inability to realize the purpose for which it was obtained.
