Information from the Personal Data Controller

 

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter the Regulation or GDPR), we kindly inform you that if, as a result of using this website, personal data are processed within the meaning of the Regulation:

  1. The Controller of personal data is EDS Retail Park Investment Sp. z o.o. Sp.k.with its registered office in Gdańsk, at ul. Jaśkowa Dolina 132, 80-286 Gdańsk, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Gdańsk – Północ in Gdańsk, 7th Division of the National Court Register under number 0000726240, Tax ID No. (NIP) 9571113162, with share capital of PLN 5,000 (hereinafter the Company).

  3. Objectives and legal basis for the processing of personal data:
    1. providing information about the Company's business, presenting the offer, information materials – Article 6 sec. 1(b) of the GDPR in the form of taking actions necessary before concluding the agreement;
    2. direct marketing – Article 6 sec. 1(f) of the GDPR in the form of a legitimate interest pursued by the Company, namely direct marketing of its business.
  4. Recipients of personal data may be entities of the capital group to which the Company belongs, entities providing IT, accounting, marketing as well as administrative and office services for the Company. Data is not being transmitted to third countries.
  5. Personal data shall be stored for a period necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, not longer than the period of limitation of claims, in accordance with generally applicable law.
  6. You have the right to access personal data, rectify it, delete it or limit its processing and the right to object to further data processing. This does not affect the lawfulness of data processing that was previously performed.
  7. You have the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory body – the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.
  8. Consent to the processing of data – if it has been granted – is voluntary, but its absence will result in the inability to realize the purpose for which it was obtained.
